Shantih was a pivotal choice for our successful home buying experience due to her astute eye for detail when she sees any home. She is great at inspecting the property as soon as she sees it in person or via disclosures and gives an honest assessment on the condition and associated offer price. Shantih coordinates well with the listing agent, prepares the offer very quickly and closes the home very efficiently.
